User Profile (Student)

• If the student were enrolled in the Admission process through the system, all the information keyed in the Application Form will be reflected here.

• If you need to amend the data, click the pencil icon on the section and edit the information.

2. Household Information

• Household represents the house that links the parents and their children in Schoolscan

• A parent account can have multiple households depending on the situation 

• If the student is not linked to the parent's account through the household, they won't be able to see their children’s data in their account

• Click ‘Add Household’ to create the household

  • Info - The household name and the address

  • Parents/Guardians - Click on the search button to search for the parent's name and select their relationship.

  • Childs - Choose their relationship (son/daughter) and you may add other siblings (if any) in the same household

  • Link Household - If the parent has multiple households, you can link the household.

2. History

• This section will be the list of all the classes that the students were enrolled in in current and previous Academic Grading Periods

3. Account

   1. System Profile

      1. Account details are the data of the Schoolscan profile and login details

      2. Click on the pencil icon to edit the login details such as email address and the password 

2. Billing profile

   1. Student’s billing details such as the Billing Address, Billing email address, and Account Code (your finance account code, if any)

   2. The system will email the Billing Email Address whenever an invoice has been issued.

4. Filling Cabinet

• Store all the information that was done/submitted during the Enrollment process such as the “Pre-Visit Questions”, Enquiry Form, Application Form, Registration Forms, Offer Letter, and personal documents
