Shop Products

1. General Information

1. Click the Add Product button.

2. Product Cover:

   • You may upload up to 4 images.

   • Each image must not exceed 4MB.

3. General Information:

   • Product Name

   • Category

   • Product Code (Used as a ledger reference in the accounting system if integrated.)

   • Unit Measurements (e.g., pcs, kg, meter)

4. Other Information:

   • Vendor

   • IRBM Classification (If applicable, specify the e-invoice category.)

   • Tax Inclusive (Yes/No)

   • Tax Percentage

2. Variant Information

Products Without Variations

• Enter the price and available stock for the item.

Products With Variations

1. Click the Enable Variation button.

2. Enter the Variation Name (e.g., Size).

3. Input the options for the variation.

   • Click the Plus (+) button to add more options.

4. Specify the price and available stock for each option.

5. If the price/stock is the same for all options, enter the values in the Variation List box and click Apply to All.

Products With Two Levels of Variation (e.g., T-shirts with different colors and sizes)

1. Enter the first Variation Name (e.g., Color).

2. Add another variation (e.g., Size).

3. Input the options for the first variation (e.g., Red, Blue).

   • Click the Plus (+) button to add more options.

4. Specify the price and available stock for each color.

5. Input the options for the second variation (e.g., S, M).

   • Click the Plus (+) button to add more options.

6. If the price/stock is the same for all options, enter the values in the Variation List box and click Apply to All.
