Step-by-Step Instructions for Accessing the Schoolscan System

  1. Initial Application

    • Begin by filling out the enquiry form on the Schoolscan portal. This form allows you to express your interest in enrolling your child at the school.
  2. Confirmation of Enquiry Submission

    • Once the enquiry form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. This email acknowledges that your enquiry has been successfully received by the school.
  3. Receive Access to Schoolscan System

    • After your enquiry is processed, you will receive a second email. This email contains the necessary login credentials and access link for the Schoolscan system. You will use this to:
      • Complete the application form
      • Submit relevant documents
      • Make application and registration payments
  4. Logging into the Schoolscan System

    • After logging in with the credentials provided:
      • You will be able to view a questionnaire created by the school.
      • You will also see the application form, which is divided into several sections for you to fill out:
        • Student details: Basic information about the student such as name, date of birth, and nationality.
        • Guardian information: Contact details and relevant data about the parent(s) or guardian(s).
        • Health declaration: Information regarding the student’s health, including any medical conditions or allergies.
        • Previous school information: Details about the student’s prior education.
        • Document submission section: This includes a drop boxwhere you can upload necessary documents like:
          • Birth certificate
          • National ID or passport copy
          • Leaving certificates from the previous school
          • Other relevant documents
  5. Submitting the Application

    • Once you have completed the application form and uploaded the required documents:
      • Submit your application through the system.
      • The system will generate an application invoice. You can view this invoice and proceed to:
        • Make payment via Schoolscan using the available online payment methods.
        • If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, you will have the option to upload the proof of payment directly into the system.
  6. Entrance Exam and Interview (if applicable)

    • If your child is required to take an entrance exam or participate in an interview, the school will communicate the details via Schoolscan.
    • After completing the necessary assessments, your admission counselor will upload the offer letter to the Schoolscan system, and you will receive an email notification once it is available.
  7. Completing Registration

    • To finalize the registration:
      • Click on the "Registration Form" link in the Schoolscan system.
      • Review all the information you provided during the application process.
      • In Section I, download and review the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) form. Once signed, upload it back into the system.
      • In Section J, you will find a link to download the terms and conditions form. Complete and sign the form, then submit it through the provided drop box.
      • Once both documents are submitted, you will be prompted to accept the offer from the school.
  8. Downloading Forms for Future Reference

    • For your records, you can download the registration form and other relevant documents from the system.
  9. Enrollment and Final Steps

    • Once the registration is complete and the documents have been verified, your admission counselor will officially enroll your child as a student in the school system.
    • You can view your child’s profile by clicking on “My Children” in the Schoolscan portal.
    • The registration invoice will be available in the "Invoice" tab within your child’s profile. From there, you can view and complete the final registration payment.
  10. Payment Confirmation and Receipt
